How many bras should I own?
The minimum amount of bras it's recommended to own is three. This is known as the three bra rule, which says you should have three bras: one in your drawer, one in the wash, and one that you're wearing. It's a basic guideline to help illustrate the minimum numbers of bras someone should own.
In terms of which bras styles to have on hand, a well-rounded starter kit will include a t-shirt bra for everyday support, a wireless bra for comfortable lift and a flexible fit, a sports bra for working out, and a strapless bra for tricky necklines.
