1. Step into the shapewear one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion.
2. If your shapewear has shorts, pull the shorts up towards your hips. If the legs are dragging, pull up the inner thigh by hooking your thumb through the open gusset pulling the leg up from the inside — no need to tug on the mesh.
3. If your shapewear has a brief bottom, pull the brief up towards your hips. There's no open gusset in our brief styles, but you can get a good grip at the leg opening. Do not tug on the mesh.
4. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your bra line for a perfect fit. If it feels a little snug, that's ok (it's meant to be a compressive garment), but if it feels more intense than a firm hug, you may need to size up.
